Bike Rally and Poker Run for Kids in Crisis PDF Print E-mail

This rally is a 100+ mile ride with stops throughout the region!    All proceeds go to Royal Family Kids Camp to send abused and neglected kids in foster care to a free week of camp. The rally is on Saturday, June 12th, RAIN OR SHINE.  The event will start at First Assembly of God, 45 Myles Drive, Auburn, NH 03032. Registration is 8:30am: $25 per Bike/ $10 Second Rider (Includes entrance fee, catered lunch, prizes and give-aways).

  • Career Videos for America’s Job Seekers challenge featured on new government-wide website [09/07/2010]
    The U.S. Department of Labor today announced the addition of the Career Videos for America's Job Seekers to a new federal government-wide site, http://www.challenge.gov. The online platform, announced today by the White House at http://www.whitehouse.gov/administration/eop/ostp/pressroom, invites the public to help solve our nation's most pressing problems.
  • DOL launches Web portal to help job seekers [09/07/2010]
    The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration has launched a Web portal to help job seekers match their current skills to new careers and find out what training is needed to transition from one job to another. This new online tool is called “mySkillsmyFuture” and can be accessed at http://www.myskillsmyfuture.org. Users will be able to view local job postings and locate training and education providers. They also will be able to find descriptions, salary information and common job tasks associated with a new occupation.
