Short Term disability

Managing your Short-Term Disability has become easier.  Click on the link above to file your initial claim and to follow up on current approval dates, etc.  You will register under Verizon Communications and be prompted to create a user name and password.

As always…. You must report your Short-Term Disability claim on or before the 8th calendar day.

Why:        As women in the labor movement we recognize that women gather differently than our male counterparts to discuss issues that are of concern to us. 

The basic tenants of CLUW, or the Coalition of Union Labor Women, are to promote affirmative action in the workplace, strengthen the role of women in their unions, organize the unorganized women and increase involvement of women in the political and legislative process.

Join us… We want to hear your voice and share our concerns as women in the labor movement.
